We do not collect personal information in this website unless you decide to purchase a license.

In that case, you will be asked to register on our site by entering your name, your e-mail address and some other basic fields ("your account")

Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:

To generate your Application License, that is used by the Application.
To authenticate yourself into your account, and display your account details.
To display your Public Channel Profile, if you create one.
To send you important emails about the service or your account. Such mails will include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom.

How do we protect your information?

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you enter, submit, or access your personal information.

In compliance with the GDPR law, our database is in European soil.

Do we disclose any information to outside parties?

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our service, conducting our business, or servicing you, as those parties agree to keep customer information confidential.

Do we store the content you produce ?

Obscene Studio is a tool that creates local projects in your computer and does not "need" to store anything in any cloud.

Any local media you add to your projects will be stored in your hard disk, in a folder created to store your projects and downloaded assets.

As a creator, you may submit templates and gadgets of your own produce for the inclusion in the Obscene Market. In that case, we will store your creation and allow other users to download it.
